A total of 13 apartments have been created in what was originally an Art Nouveau building dating back to 1887, these offering one to three bedrooms. Two of the project’s greatest assets are the option of buying a parking space and the beautiful private garden in the inner courtyard.
During renovation, emphasis was placed on preservation of the original character of the building, this being emphasised for example by replicas of the original casement windows and panelled doors, or with metal railings with graphite coating. These details closely intermingle with features of modern housing executed to a high standard.
All of the apartments are finished in a high standard with wooden floors, luxury tiles and sanitary fittings as standard. Convenience is ensured by a lift and electronic access control system with camera and video telephone. Some apartments are complemented by a spacious balcony, loft apartments have air-conditioning.
