The impressive Art Nouveau villa from the end of the 19th century is part of a large area where the textile factory of the Smrčků family was originally established.
The main building underwent a costly reconstruction between 2008 and 2014, where a number of original historical elements (wooden windows, staircases, parquet floors, paintings and much more) were restored. At present, the main building is operated as a 4 * first republic hotel and can be rebuilt into a representative family residence. The interior offers a generous entrance hall, large hall, dining room, kitchen and technical background. The other two floors include a library, lounge, wellness and 11 separate bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is a separate wing on the villa, which is now used as a museum and can be used to build another 32 rooms with a wellness center and a swimming pool. Within the complex there are several other residential and operating buildings, a park with a castle, a pond, tennis courts and a heliport. The total area of the land is almost 28 hectares.
