Behind the project, the completion of which is planned for the end of 2018, is the well-known and highly rated architect Petr Slavíček, who in his previous work focused mainly on built-in construction. All apartments in the house have a security entrance door. The interior doors are single-wing, and full, except for the living room door, which is glazed with clear glass or satin-effect glass. The floors in the living rooms are wooden young oak from the manufacturer Admonter. There are ceramic tiles in the hallway and kitchenette from the Italian company Atlas Concorde. The ceramic flooring and tiles of the same brand are in the bathroom and in the toilet. Sanitary ceramics in the bathroom and in the toilet are by the brands Catalani, Villeroy and Boch, and Duke. Balconies and patios have frost-resistant tiles. The windows in the apartments have insulating triple glazing. The apartments are heated by the Junkers gas condensing boiler, the living rooms with a floor system with thermostatic valves, and the bathroom with a heating ladder.
The house has seven floors including built-in attic. There is a new elevator with a glass shaft. The entire roof structure and all facades are completely new. The original decorative stucco was reconstructed in cooperation with the National Institute of Heritage Care and the windows in the building are designed as exact copies of the original, historical ones. Thanks to this, the building preserves pleasant 'the first republic' patina of burgher housing, which you will not find in the typical new buildings and which you will appreciate not only as the apartment owners, but also all those who come to your new apartment for a visit.
