The Stříbrná zahrada residence project was a very original work by the architects' studio. The five-storey building is located in the middle of a mature ornamental garden with a pond and offers its owners a unique atmosphere of complete privacy and a pleasant place to relax. The residence is being built on Prague's southeast edge in Kateřinky, Formanská ulice, and therefore provides great access to the centre. You can reach Wenceslas Square in 12 minutes. A bus will take you to Opatov metro station in five minutes.
The five-storey residence contains 28 sunny apartments, the smallest are studios (1+kk) the largest two-bedroom (3+kk) flats. Each of them has its own balcony, terrace or garden that expands the owners' living space into a natural area not disturbed by anybody. The residence's last two floors are linked and contain maisonettes. Every apartment comes with a cellar closet and a parking space. The whole building is secured by CCTV and chip-access systems.
The Stříbrná zahrada residence is very close to the natural protected area of Milíčov Forest, where you will find lots of beautiful paths for walkers and cyclists. A cycle path to Průhonice, which is well-known for its parks and restaurants, runs by the side of the building. Five minutes' drive by car will take you to Čestlice or Westfield Chodov shopping centres, where you can take care of essentials. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and it will take you to Opatov metro station, meaning you can reach the centre in 20 minutes on public transport.
