New phase of family houses on sale

The project Bydlení Jinocany is entering the next phase, which brings new family houses in a quiet location near Prague. Rough construction is currently underway and completion is planned for the second quarter of 2026.
A total of 24 houses will be on offer, with a west roof in the western row and a gable roof in the eastern row, which provides a practical loft for storing belongings. The construction is being carried out by a newly selected contractor who has a wealth of experience and a proven track record of quality. Over 70 houses were successfully completed in previous phases of the project, all of which sold out quickly. The layouts of the houses are further improved and are being built using modern technology, ensuring a higher standard of living.
Houses 4+kk with private garage have an area of almost 140 sqm and the plots are in sizes of 400 - 450 sqm.
The Jinocany Housing project is situated in an attractive location with excellent access to Prague and also to Vaclav Havel Airport. There is a bus and train stop near the houses, from where you can get to the metro B Zlicin in just 9 minutes or to the Smichovské nadrazi station in 19 minutes. The surrounding area offers rich civic amenities including a newly renovated primary and kindergarten. Local cycle paths, swimming pools and natural surroundings attract active leisure activities.
