A historic two-story house with a garden from the beginning of the 19th century is located in the center of a charming village near the Drahenice castle. The main entrance leads from the paved courtyard to the ground floor of the house, which consists of an entrance hall, a room, a dressing room, a kitchen and a guest toilet. From the yard, there is also access to the side one-story buildings, where there is a tool store, a boiler room and a cellar. On the second floor there is a living room, two bedrooms and a large comfortable bathroom. Thanks to the square floor plan of the house and the east, south and west orientation, the sun passes through the house throughout the day. The living room has preparation for a fireplace. The high attic space with exposed original beams can be used in the future to further expand the living space.

A small fenced garden is adjacent to the house. The house is suitable for year-round living and recreation.

The hot water boiler Benekov on pellets is connected to underfloor heating, which is laid throughout the house, tiles in wood decor, interior massive wooden doors, sash windows with wooden frames, roof covering made of burnt tiles, zinc gutters, retention tank 8 cubic metres, concrete sewer sump 14 cubic metres. The house is connected to the municipal water supply.

The village of Drahenice is located in the south of the Central Bohemian Region, 25 km south of Pribram, just before the border with the South Bohemian Region. Cycling enthusiasts will surely be pleased that there is a marked cycle path running through the village. The picturesque landscape here directly encourages relaxation&rest.

There is a municipal office, a library and a post office in the village. The Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Labakan Drahenice football club operate here. The village is connected to the surrounding towns by a bus and a train stop in nearby Breznice, which provides a direct connection to Prague.
