About the property

The Moravianna Vinohrady apartment building is a traditional and at the same time exceptional example of architecture from the beginning of the 20th century. The reconstruction focuses on preserving the original elements as much as possible, which enhances the unique atmosphere of the more than a hundred-year-old art nouveau house.
