About the property

The Moravianna Vinohrady apartment building is a traditional and at the same time exceptional example of architecture from the beginning of the 20th century. The reconstruction focuses on preserving the original elements as much as possible, which enhances the unique atmosphere of the more than a hundred-year-old art nouveau house.

There are a total of 26 apartment units in the building, 14 of which have balconies offering panoramic views. The building has 7 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor with lucrative commercial space. The apartments are designed in layout variants from 2+kk to 4+kk, each apartment has its own basement space. A newly built spacious elevator provides convenient access to all floors.

The common areas of the house preserve the historical character in its maximum form. This impression is supported, for example, by the original stucco and marble tiles.
