The Moravianna Vinohrady apartment building is a traditional and at the same time exceptional example of architecture from the beginning of the 20th century. The reconstruction focuses on preserving the original elements as much as possible, which enhances the unique atmosphere of the more than a hundred-year-old art nouveau house.
There are a total of 26 apartment units in the building, 14 of which have balconies offering panoramic views. The building has 7 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor with lucrative commercial space. The apartments are designed in layout variants from 2+kk to 4+kk, each apartment has its own basement space. The interiors of the apartments have a very representative impression. The emphasis is on comfort, functionality of modern lifestyle and original elegance of this historic house. The standards of the apartments include period replicas of the existing double-glazed windows, wooden parquet floors, quality and durable materials and modern technologies such as voice and TV broadcasting, home telephone, camera system in the lobby, etc.
The common areas of the house preserve the historical character in its maximum form. This impression is supported, for example, by the original stucco and marble tiles. The crystal chandelier in the entrance hall of the building, which is historically associated with it, lends it a unique charm. The original frescoes in the entrance hall were uncovered and sensitively restored. A newly built spacious elevator provides convenient access to all floors.
The housing is situated in close proximity to the Bezruc orchards and the orchards of Svatopluk Cech, which offer great opportunities for relaxation or active leisure time in the midst of energy-recharging greenery. The street itself, lined with mature trees, offers a unique magical atmosphere in all seasons. In the vicinity we can find complete civic amenities, stylish cafes, theaters, bars and other businesses. Namesti Miru or Jiriho z Podebrad metro stations are within 7 minutes on foot.
