The First Republic villa Chateau Krocínka is located on the southern side of a quiet residential area, with a view of Prague and the surrounding gardens. The ground floor of the house and the garden underwent a fundamental transformation, where instead of the original small garage, 5 outdoor parking spaces were created on the property.

New distribution of media and installations, massive wooden oak floors with modern long and wide planks in a brushed finish and an oil finish, ceramic tiles and tiles in imitation of light colored marble, smooth gypsum plasters, historic wooden windows with replicas of the original hinges in the color of matte nickel, internal tall revolving panel cassette door. Water heating and heating is ensured in each apartment by a separate Vailant gas condensing boiler. Each apartment also has internal electronic security and video intercom.

The quiet residential area is located in the heart of Vysocany, just a five-minute walk from the subway station on line B. Pod Krocinkou Street is located between two parks - Klicovsky les and Flajsnerka. The core of the district is Namesti OSN and the intersection of Sokolovska and Freyova streets. Here you will find a shopping center, restaurants, polyclinic, city office. The Praha-Vysocany train station is located nearby. There is a cycle path along Rokytka, which you can ride all the way to the center of Prague.
