UBM Development Czechia has been awarded the "Environmental Project of the Year " for the residential project Timber Praha in the 26th year of the prestigious "Best of Realty - Best of Real Estate 2024" award. Timber Praha, which represents the first multi-storey apartment buildings made of wood in the capital city, has become the most environmentally friendly project in the Czech Republic in 2024.
