For centuries the best address in Prague
The location Mala Strana will always be one of the best addresses in Prague with a very rich history not only of Prague itself, but of our whole country. Building VII. House is a corner building right next to the Wallenstein Palace and in the immediate vicinity of the Wallenstein Garden, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle and its gardens.
The historic house, whose first mentions date back to the second half of the 16th century, has undergone extensive reconstruction. The corner location of the house offers a very high quality layout of apartments with the atmosphere of a charming and completely quiet courtyard. A modern elevator contributes to the current standard of living and provides wheelchair access to most of the apartments. As part of the sensitive renovation, emphasis has been placed on the preservation of historical elements, complemented by high quality materials. The inner courtyard of the house offers the new owners a quiet background enriched with greenery.
The building VII. House offers apartments 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk and on the last floor a generous apartment occupying the whole floor with a layout of 4+kk. The interiors of the apartments and the house were designed by prestigious architectural studios. The reconstruction preserves the historical character and is sensitively complemented with contemporary elements and materials. An extraordinary detail is the custom-made sandstone portals of the entrance doors to the living room in some apartments, as well as special ice glass by a Czech artist.
The apartments are offered fully finished with solid wood flooring, modern bathroom design, invisi doors and stylish radiators.
