The winner of the Public Vote category is, for example, “Statek pro Martinu” (A Farmhouse for Martina), which is already quite well-known in the media as a brilliant investment project by singer Martina Pártlová. Journalists, in turn, were captivated by the creatively renovated Prague prefab apartment building, and in one of the other categories, the VIA Elementary and Preschool in Beroun took first place. The results were announced on May 19, 2026, at the DOX Center for Contemporary Art in Prague. The winners received a porcelain Stella statuette.

The Prague real estate market has reached an important milestone.
