About the project

The units have non-rebated interior doors with hidden hinges; bathrooms have designer tiles imitating stone and Mexen Cube faucets in elegant black. The floors consist of a cast self-levelling floor compound that ensures a perfectly smooth surface, high durability and long life. This material is ideal for underfloor heating, providing thermal comfort and easy maintenance. 


Heating is provided by underfloor hot water heating in the rooms and electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Central ventilation with CO₂ control and fresh air heating via a heat recovery unit minimises heat loss and raises living comfort. The TapHome smart home makes it easy to control heating, lights, and the security system. 


The residence's location offers all amenities and plenty of greenery. In the immediate vicinity are Malešický Park, Malešická Botanical Garden, and Smetanka Nature Park. 


In addition, there is the Oáza Malešice shopping centre, and in the broader surroundings, there are Tesco and Fashion Arena. There are restaurants and cafes right on Malešické Square, including the Malešický mikropivovar (microbrewery) and the Malešická tvrz restaurant. Of course, there are kindergartens and primary schools. 


You can easily reach the city centre from the bus stop Malešická náměstí, which is only 500 metres away. You can get to the Skalka metro station by a direct connection in just seven minutes, with frequent bus service. 


Construction is already underway, with completion scheduled for the end of 2025
