Best of Realty—a prestigious event that annually charts the course of the domestic real estate development sector—announced its winners on November 27, 2025. The gala evening took place at Forum Karlín and, as in previous years, featured a showcase of the highest-quality residential and commercial projects that have recently enriched the Czech real estate market.

The ceremonial laying of the cornerstone for the Rezidence Dejvice project marked the official start of construction on a new apartment building in Prague’s Dejvice district—and LEXXUS NORTON was there as the exclusive sales agent.
